About the conference
The Annual POLIS Conference is Europe’s largest event on sustainable urban mobility. Cities, policymakers, and companies from across Europe – including Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Stockholm, Munich, and host city Utrecht – come together to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and explore the latest innovations in cycling, shared mobility, traffic safety, and smart city solutions.

A dedicated meeting space for networking
Connekt (ITS Netherlands) and its international label Smart Mobility Embassy, the Dutch Cycling Embassy, and ROM Utrecht Region jointly host an open networking hub at standnumber 10 in the Expo hall of the Beatrixbuilding of the Jaarbeurs Utrecht under the theme “Together for sustainable, connected and liveable cities.”
